At the beginning when Mrs. Fink told us that the new topic will be job interviews, I thought that it will be an easy job to do. However when she began asking me the first question panic entered into me and the words dint come out of my mouth easily. In a personal opinion this is one of the most interesting activities that we have done in communications class. Because I was being introduce something new that it will really help me in the future. And as a improvement for a real interview it will be to enlist at least 25 questions that probably the interviewer will make. And by asking these questions to myself and answering them probably I will be better prepare to the job interview. I would also practice the questions with some friend or family member telling the questions to me in that way I will see if the words come with fluidity and also if I’m being clever in every response I make.
For being an interviewer I think that it is imperative that you have questions that will not only tell you how the person is but what are his goals and aspirations in the job. It will be good to know also the personality and type of character the person who is asking for the job is. In this way you are assuring and making safety not only to you as an interviewer but also to the company or corporation you are working too.
